After graduating with a Masters in Electrical Engineering, a patent, and multiple IEEE publications , JJ found a passion in R&D and analyzing technological trends. He founded Information Exchange Services after working with a trade magazine (Microwaves & RF) and discovered a personal talent for effectively communicating complex content through writing, webcasts, and video demonstrations.

In college, Aalyia performed analog sensor research for medical applications and researched various RF transmission lines with carbon nanotube materials. With a several publications after graduating with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Aalyia moved to Analog IC Layout design with Synaptics. She then moved to NYC and held positions at Mini-Circuits and BAE Systems. She works hand-in-hand with JJ to generate and strengthen content from IXS.
